Unit features ceramic tile floors, newer furnishings, and an apartment sized kitchen with all amenities except dishwasher. The condo is located just a few short steps from the pool and beach.
Enjoy the wonderful views of the sunset, ships, shrimp boats, and dolphins from the private balcony.
Savannah Beach and Racquet Club features private beach access, 14x20 pool and 10x10 kiddie pool, and tennis courts, WiFi access at pool and office, private parking, and security code entrance. Coin operated community washer/dryer located on 1st & 2nd floor. Handicap friendly (elevator, not ADA compliant). Parking for 2 cars max.
Utilities are included in the rental rate. A monthly electrical allowance applies.
