This unit has been recently updated and includes many extras. Located on the North Beach, near the Lighthouse, Tybee Museum, Jaycee Park, shops and restaurants. Large private balcony off the Living area and master with an awesome view of the beach. Very comfortable furnishings. Queen bed in master, 2 Twins in guest bedroom.
This unit has 1 reserved parking place. An additional, unmarked parking space may be located in the parking lot in the middle of the complex. This unit is on the third floor, must climb steps, no elevator.
Utilities are included in the rental rate. A monthly electrical allowance applies.
