Fantastic 4 bedroom, 3 bath Beach front home with private boardwalk to quiet North Beach. Located in Shipwatch Dunes with excellent views of water, sunsets, ships, shrimp boats, and dolphins.
Large deck off main floor and deck off master bedroom. Spacious great room with flat screen satellite TV, queen sleeper sofa, adjoining dining room and fully equipped kitchen. The main level has 2 bedrooms (bunk room with 2 sets of bunk beds and a queen bedroom that opens to beachfront deck) and there is a full bath off the hall. The top floor has the master bedroom (King bed) and a sunroom with a sleeper sofa and private balcony with spectacular views. The master bath features a steam shower and a Jacuzzi tub. There is a lofty sitting area overlooking the living room with futon and another guest bedroom (Queen bed) with a private full bath. In addition there is a home theater room with 65" TV and surround sound. Large sectional sofa with full size fold out bed.
Utilities are included in the rental rate. A monthly electrical allowance applies.
